Feedback to Decagon

Should you have a problem you are unable to resolve through standard troubleshooting, please send Decagon a message to report your problem. Go through the procedures for sending feedback and the system should automatically take your previous log files and report them to us to help resolve your issues.

To send feedback follow these few simple steps.

1.) Open AquaLink4
2.) Click Help > Send Feedback to Decagon
3.) Send Feedback to Decagon window displays
